30 DAY/NIGHT TRIAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you’ve purchased a Rhinomed product directly from Rhinomed, and you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@rhinomed.global to arrange a return/refund/exchange within 30 days of your order. Applies to Mute Nasal Dilator Trial Pack, Turbine Nasal Dilator Starter Pack and Mute Mouth Tape. Please include your Order Number and information about why our product didn’t meet your expectations.
Change of mind
As our products are worn inside the nose or on the mouth, they cannot be returned due to a change of mind after they’ve been used. If you wish to exchange/return a product before opening it, please get in touch via info@rhinomed.global.
Wrong size
As everyone’s nose is different, our product sizing chart is meant as a guide only. Rhinomed cannot guarantee that the product you order will fit your nose perfectly and our sized products cannot be replaced or exchanged in such circumstances. We recommend you start with the Mute Trial Pack or Turbine Starter Pack to ensure you know your fit before stocking up on sized items.
Faulty items
We will refund in full the cost and postage fees of any item found to be faulty or defective, if you let us know within 30 days of purchase. Before returning a faulty item, please contact our team on +61 3 8416 0900 or via info@rhinomed.global to ensure the correct process for your item. Please have your Order Number with you when you call to make the process quicker.
Once we have received your item in its original packaging, we will process your refund within 7 working days. We may call you to arrange the refund and you will need to provide details of the original method used to purchase the goods.
